Launcher layout and chat fixes
Compact filters, Minecraft news, logs in a tab and easier chat actions.

Launcher
- Modpack, mod, resource pack, shader and datapack results line up with the toolbar. Compact filters stay visible while results scroll.
- The wider sidebar has larger buttons, with Locker and Shop below News. Other pages now share the same framed layout.
- Game logs opens a temporary sidebar tab. Close it or leave the tab to stop updates; filtering, pause, copy and instance selection remain available.
- This release introduced server ratings and trends. The later October 24 release replaces them with direct status requests.
- News includes Minecraft articles and Java patch notes, a new banner and articles that fit the window.
- The Home nametag stays centered over the player.
Client
- Hovering a chat message highlights every wrapped line. The centered action button and selection remain visible while its menu is open; the scrollbar does not trigger message actions.
- Chat menus include copy, new tab or rule from a message, search, edit, new tab and new window. Input tools sit inside the chat input.
- The narrower tab creator offers recent-message suggestions, player and channel filters, excluded words, and window placement.
- Performance can skip covered entities and selected block entities behind solid walls while retaining names. Uncertain visibility keeps the object rendered; sign text caching and distance controls remain available.
